Designed specifically for the process characteristics of PET preform injection moulding (including ordinary beverage bottles, hot-fill bottles, pharmaceutical and food-grade preforms), the equipment can stably reduce the moisture content of PET chips to ≤20ppm, accurately control the crystallinity at 25%~35%, prevent secondary moisture absorption with full-process airtightness, and can realize linked feeding with preform injection moulding machines, fully matching the high-speed injection cycle of high-cavity moulds from 48 to 320 cavities.

一、設(shè)備應(yīng)用核心必要性
PET 為強(qiáng)吸濕性高分子材料，常溫下易吸附空氣中的水汽，而瓶胚注塑為高溫高壓工藝（料筒溫度 270~290℃），切片含水率超標(biāo)會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)失效。
PET is a highly hygroscopic polymer material that easily absorbs water vapor in the air at room temperature, while preform injection moulding is a high-temperature and high-pressure process (barrel temperature 270~290℃), and excessive moisture content of chips will directly lead to production failure.
If the moisture content of PET chips exceeds 20ppm, severe hydrolysis will occur during high-temperature injection moulding, leading to bubbles, whitening, foggy spots and shrinkage marks on the preform surface.
若 PET 切片含水率＞20ppm，高溫注塑時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生劇烈水解，導(dǎo)致瓶胚表面出現(xiàn)氣泡、發(fā)白、霧斑、縮痕等缺陷，力學(xué)性能大幅下降，后續(xù)吹瓶易破裂、壁厚不均，廢品率可達(dá) 3%~5%。
If the moisture content of PET chips exceeds 20ppm, severe hydrolysis will occur during high-temperature injection moulding, leading to defects such as bubbles, whitening, foggy spots and shrinkage marks on the preform surface, a sharp drop in mechanical properties, and easy cracking and uneven wall thickness in subsequent bottle blowing, with a scrap rate of up to 3%~5%.
瓶胚注塑多為高腔數(shù)、高射速連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，單模周期僅 3~5s，對(duì)原料供應(yīng)的連續(xù)性、均勻性要求極高，常規(guī) PET 干燥機(jī)存在露點(diǎn)波動(dòng)大、易二次吸濕、供料不同步等問(wèn)題，無(wú)法適配瓶胚注塑工藝。
Preform injection moulding is mostly continuous production with high cavity number and high injection speed, with a single mould cycle of only 3~5s, which has extremely high requirements for the continuity and uniformity of raw material supply.
