The pretreated air enters the double-tower molecular sieve dehumidification module, the molecular sieve in the working tower adsorbs water vapor, reducing the air dew point to -40℃~-50℃, while the regeneration tower realizes the desorption and regeneration of the molecular sieve through hot air at 180~200℃, and the two towers switch automatically and alternately to ensure the uninterrupted supply of dry air flow.

The low dew point dry air enters the electric heating module and is heated to 40~60℃ according to the process requirements, the high-voltage frequency conversion fan sucks in the heated dry air flow and adjusts it to the set air pressure and volume through the pressure regulating valve and flow sensor.

設(shè)備通過(guò)接近開關(guān)接收注塑機(jī)的開模 / 合模信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng)同步:注塑機(jī)開模到位后立即啟動(dòng)吹掃,合模信號(hào)觸發(fā)后即刻停止,吹掃時(shí)間 0.5~2s 可調(diào),與 3~5s 的 PET 高速注塑周期精準(zhǔn)匹配。
The equipment receives the mould opening/closing signal of the injection moulding machine through the proximity switch to realize interconnection and synchronization: the purge starts immediately after the injection moulding machine is in place for mould opening, and stops immediately after the mould closing signal is triggered, the purge time is adjustable from 0.5~2s, which is precisely matched with the 3~5s PET high-speed injection cycle.
